Solution: Berhad wanted to develop an online system that would allow their agents across world to access to the documents and process online insurance policy and claims.
The challenge was the integration with backend system legacy API. Also the system had be secure enough to keep document integrity. They were also looking for Document workflow for approvals and reviews.

RESOLUTION
The online Web System was developed as per the corporate branding guidelines by us in Liferay with Alfresco as document management. Agents in Great Eastern Life Assurance were given the portal access with their same login credentials as in Great Eastern Life Assurance system. All the agents could access the portal to manage their documents.
